Center School District art teachers follow a practice call Teaching for Artistic Behavior, which has been proven very effective at getting elementary age students enthusiastic about discovering their own talents and excitement about visual arts. It is based on the idea of art studios within the classroom that allow students to choose their own medium and subject for a wide variety of art projects. The results that we have seen with this program at Boone Elementary are truly remarkable and now we need your help to expand the program.
